The fragrance of this wine is reminiscent of fruit jam, blackcurrants, mulberries, cherries, cocoa and liquorice. On the palate, its taste is round, smooth and well-balanced. It is ideal with all dishes, in particular with meat sauce, gravy, grilled red meat, braised and stewed meat.
